Through the course of his career, David has managed the sales and marketing functions of world renowned brands to include Bertram Yachts and Rampage Yachts. Through these companies, he was successful developing world class distribution networks and drove successful marketing strategies which fueled triple digit growth and unprecedented profitability. A North Carolina native, Dave is originally from Swansboro, and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he earned a degree in Business Management. Besides running the day to day business operations of Stillwater Marketing Co., David provides services to Stillwater Marketing Co.'s clients that include strategic marketing planning, web design, market research and analysis, internet marketing campaigns, and search engine optimization.

Originally from High Point, Ashley is a North Carolina native and is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she earned a degree in Communication Studies.

Stillwaters is a cottage located on the beautiful island of St. John in the US Virgin Islands. This cottage served as the site of Dave & Ashley's wedding ceremony and honeymoon. When the time came to pick a name for the joint business venture, we thought what better name than "Stillwater", the site where it all began.

Dave & Ashley currently reside in Wilmington, North Carolina and have three children; Coy, Madeline and Ashton.
